I have recently gotten my first dutch oven and was looking for a simple recipe to try.

I made up this dip years ago and have found through the years that family and friends request this in football season every year.

Ingredients | Cowboy Stew Dutch Oven Recipe

2 roma (plum) tomatoes, seeded and chopped

1 (4 ounce) can chopped black olives

1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies

3 green onions, chopped

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 ½ tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions

Mix tomatoes, black olives, green chiles, green onions, olive oil, vinegar, and garlic salt in a bowl.
